DIY double clothing rack || room makeover part 3

I´ve recently built my double clothing rack and I love it so much!

Here is everything you need:
4x 100cm pipes
2x 70cm pipes
6x 90 degree elbow connector
4x T connector
8x little pipes (60mm)
4x flanges

What type of pipe is it metal? And is this from a hardware store and do they cut the pipe for your measurements?
