About our guest :
Lukman Avaran is an Indian actor who primarily works in Malayalam cinema. Dayom Panthrandum (2013) was the first theatre-released movie in his career. Lukman was one of the lead characters in the 2021 movie Operation Java directed by Tharun Moorthy. He was mainly noted for his performances in the movies Operation Java, Virus, Thallumaala, Saudi Vellakka. His character Jamshi in Thallumala with Tovino Thomas was much appreciated. His latest movies are Sulaikha Manzil, Jackson Bazaar Youth and Corona Jawan.
Lukman is one of the most young promising actors in Malayalam cinema today. He is known for his versatility and the ease in which he takes on every character.
Lukman Avaran hails from Changaramkulam, in Malappuram District in Kerala. He is a B.Tech. graduate from Royal College of Engineering & Technology,Thrissur.
In this two-part series he talks about how he works on his acting skills having had no formal skill so far in acting, how he has enabled his life`s struggles to motivate him and push him ahead. He talks about his family especially his mother who continues to support him even in his lowest of phases. He is a new dad and he talks about how movies should be as equal a priority as family in order to stay relevant. His dream to become an actor had put him several situations he had no money and no place to live. Today he is an inspiration to many aspiring actors.
