@@TheJpiscool 1 less to just yo make it abit harder to slowroll 2cost rerolls comps. So they can't hold 8 units times 3 trying to 3 star. To make it abit harder. 1 more just becouse it buggs me that's it's 9 😆
I wonder if theres something with unit ability design that could go into the 3rd row… but all i can think of is support backline, and its strange because you also want to carry backline as well, and they will also take damage easier
'Encounter' where the board is only 3 rows for a game would be kinda interesting. Its exciting but potentially not too transformative apart from elite game knowledge stuff realizing say, snipers are both better and worse now
cant they just make the exisiting hex a bit smaller to accommodate more spaces on the same view of the board? Think its still stupid as fuck that boards arent symmetrical so the left side is always safer and better to defend than the right side on average
Could have only 3 rows for x number of rounds before gaining the 4th row. I agree that the game was visually much more coherent and engaging with 3 rows.
But it could be cool if there was a gamemode with walls that you had to play around (no vision through them, no projectiles through them, no walking through them). Would be a bitch to code though, so I don't see it happening
Vision does nothing in TFT and walls blocking projectiles would dramatically reduce the amount of units you can make. Non-walkable hexes is interesting (though I don’t think it’d do much ultimately) and already supported in their code so you could maybe see that at some point, more about if it’s even worth doing
imagine adding 2 alcoves on the left and right side
just make it 1x1, 1v1 fight to the death
They can go band fooh band, na actually fk dat they can go m for m double r with da factory's rims.
No Bread, No Water, No Backline, JUST MEAT FIGHTING
just play auto gladiator
Just have the little legends fight
No board needed
yeah dota 2 mod alr has that
If anything I would love 1 more bench spot or 1 less.
1 more I understand bc it limits the situations where you end up benchlocked on reroll, but i don't see how less would do anything positive personally
@@TheJpiscool watch the community get mad
@@PhYlLWoE yeah i agree, community mad = fun

There should be an encounter that people can't place units in some tiles for 3 rounds and each round different tiles are blocked out
It does sound like it could be a neat encounter/portal/set mechanic where the physical board layout changes.
Wit might be a genius

Just add 2 pendulum zones
Yeah, and pendulum related units

I would live to see something with 3 range

Add flying champs, yuumi and asol or smth, that don't take board space.
i think boards are too wide. should have less spaces in a row and more champs should have 2/3/5 ranges
The space gives time to position your units tho.
Imagine clumping up against a morgana and lillia champ
@@DajoDeep just nerf them... im talking about holistic gameplay changes and youre talking about balance
What about making a second or flying level? Should be easy to make a toggle for placement.
Agree 3rd row is useless
sivir uses 3rd row for example, lissandra as well
@@kryxcxre9735
Yes but they can function in 4th row
Bilgewater nilah the only ever unit to use the 3rd row
Also Astral Lux would often hit most enemies if she was in 3rd row.
Sivir often uses it this set

It’s fine you just code the walls as minions.

Haha Set 1 had 4 rows. Nice try. Ive played aince pre set 1
No it had 3. They were just bigger. Much more clear gameplay
@mlekosojowe7312 hoooly cow how did I not notice?
@@calebrafus7493 i didnt notice too untill set 3 where they made one galaxy with 3 rows again and i was mindblown. I dont like the change honestly.
