If he just kept his soft voice as the loudest thing - without louder writing, tapping, latex-smacking or other sounds (like Dr. James Gill) - I think he’d grow faster.

Once, I had a male nurse stick what you call the "otoscope" (I am just guessing about the spelling of that word), or what I call the "ear speculum," in my ear so hard and so far 😫, he ruptured something within my ear 👂and caused me a painful ear infection that resulted in temporary deafness in that ear, and thereby, dizziness and general loss of my equilibrium, right after I had just started a new job. 😢 It was awful for me! Yet, when I complained about it to him, right after he did what he did, he was rude, defensive, and he straight-up DENIED having stuck the thing in as far as I said he did or having hurt me, at all 🤯 (so, he was basially calling me a liar 🤥, even though I had no reason whatsoever to lie about it 🤨, and I had loudly said: 🗣️ "Ow!" when it happened, because it really did hurt me! 😤), and insinuated I was just a wimp, which was literally adding insult to injury. 😠 At no point in time, did he apologize to me, for hurting me, or even admit to the possibility that he had done anything wrong. 😯 He did NOT belong in that profession, at all! 🙅🏻♀️ You, on the other hand, clearly have compassion, empathy, and are gentle with, and considerate of, your patients, from what I can see, in this video. This is the first video of yours I have ever seen, and I subscribed to your channel, within the first minute of watching this video. By the way, I must say, I really like the sounds of the raistorm ⛈️ in the background of this video, which nicely complements your nice, soft, relaxing voice and all the other audio and visual ASMR triggers. This is a great video, absolutely! 👍 However, I would like to offer one bit of constructive criticism. I do agree with the other commenters about the rather unfortunate and frequent ads that keep playing, which, in my humble and honest opinion, have no place whatsoever, in the middle of an ASMR video 🙅🏻♀️, as many people use such videos to help them (us) sleep, and ads tend to jar and scare peple awake or keep them from being able to relax properly, in the first place. Overall, though, I am loving this ASMR video and either way, I appreciate you for making it. Thanks. 🙏
Okay, I just looked up the difference between an otoscope (of which I had correctly guessed the spelling) and an ear speculum and found out that the ear speculum is just the cone-shaped part of the otoscope that goes into the ear, but not the whole instrument.
