Wow Jaoud this is the best Shadow fighting setup and how to train I`v ever heard and see how to put up with a plan. I not even knew you could put in so much parameters to make shadow fightin so effective!!! YOu go Achab!!! I would love to see how you setup or train those spinning combinations as Levent and Tuncat were famous for. I would have love to see you fight those guys old style love old style not a big fan of the new style....

Sir can you make video on slap kick. like when opponent gets too close to close to me I can't hit him in his head or chest gaurd I guess it's lack of flexibility so can you explain and can give tutorial . Thanks for reading I hope you'll answer soon .

Hi Faisal, for sure you can start at any age. But I can't tell you how far you can go because it's about you and your ambitions, everything is possible. All the best 👊🏻
Hello Faisal I want to tell you my experience. I'm 37 years old, I'm green belt and I Will take my exam for next belt, green-blue stripe. I practice with my son (9 years old) and we help together to keep going. I don't know if one day can be black belt, but I Will do my best! Taekwondo is great sport 💪💪
