Can you believe it? With less than 2$, you can have Vietnamese fried rice with a combination of shrimp, chicken, or a choice of shrimp or chicken with egg, Chinese sausage and mixed vegetables. This video shows you what Vietnam street food - Crispy Fried Rice with Meat ADDED 2 Fresh Eggs and Minced Vegetables looks like.
FYI: Growing up with a father of Vietnamese descent, we always had a pot of cooked rice at the ready and when we had leftovers (which was often), my father would make breakfast fried rice in the morning. This is my take on a childhood favorite.

Unusual cooking style... well unusual to me.. dry pan, and similar to a wok but looks much thicker and cooker much slower then using a wok burner. And nothing stuck to the pan!! Looks tasty

For anyone westerners wondering, the exact number of flips of the rice is 37,436. If you do it less than that it won’t any good. If you do it more it would be overcooked. Every Vietnamese person knows this.
