Seeing the 3 generations of Spider-Men on screen was pretty surreal. They absolutely nailed it! Who would have guessed that by treating iconic characters with respect would lead to massive success?

It helped that every actor reprising a villain or alternate Spiderman was able to portray their character consistently with how they were originally portrayed. There were no significant personality changes. I really enjoyed the cameo of Daredevil by the actor from the Netflix series. I always thought those characters should have made appearances in the MCU.

Yes but his character is supposed to be egotistical and immature. This was highlighted in Spider-Man 2 when he literally ignored important testing precautions. Yes you can be placed with horrible circumstances but it’s your character that ultimately can separate you from the darkness that seems to be consuming your life around you OR realizing all the good things you’ve experienced in life is what you carry with yourself to resemble your own light in the darkness around you. Making your own light brighter is what separates Peter from Dr. Otto. This is why Peter is one of the purest heroes, because he was able to help Dr. Otto realize that, since Peter’s own light is so bright.

You're missing the point of it and narrow it down too much. It's still Dr. Octavius, with or without the dysfunction of his neck-chip-thingy, so no, it's actually not correct to entirely assign the source of all evil to "his arms". They're "only" the enabler of evil - and like @Bro_soldier mentioned, it is HIM who created the arms, their chip and ultimately himself.

@@JalinsVlogsnStuff That's a good observation but also precisely the point! The question is not that Spider-man as a character does not kill under any circumstances, he has; the thing is that based on what he has gone through he learns to value it. The brilliance in that scene is that the previous "Spider-men" have gone down that path and know it doesn't bring closure or anything positive really. It goes to show that making those moral choices is truly hard, holding yourself up to those ideals realistically is almost impossible especially dealing with personal issues, and Peter is but a kid. But having someone who has dealt with the same stop him from committing a mistake out of grief in my opinion was truly a great moment, and cemented why he must respect and honor what May stood for.

There was a very specific reason why MCU Spidey’s Character never had any personal tragedies up until this film, and that was because his story arc was going to be limited at best due to the contract. Spiderman was only given to the MCU for two stand alone films and three collaboration films, so his character was there to enhance the MCU story arc. Now that he is in the MCU for more films and the MCU arc has finished the Infiniti War saga, they can now focus on his character development more.

Normally plot holes are the type of thing to irk me, but if the story and production of the movie is top notch, I'm willing to just turn an absolute blind eye to it, which is what No Way Home did for me. Speaking of one of the big plot holes is that, Sandman doesn't need to be cured, he's already gone through a redemption ark and supposedly is a good guy now, which the movie basically implies by having Flint know who Peter is and having him help Peter. Furthermore, Sandman and Connors, DO NOT die, so I was like just send those two back. And the third one that I think on the top of my head right now is, Doc Ock's death is kind of necessary, unless it's implied the fusion reactor is stopped another way without Octavius dying. Otherwise, loving the fact this movie ties in the triology in a roundabout way to tell us the story of Peter's MCU origins into becoming a fully fledged newly experienced Spider-Man.

I agree with this review. I thought they threw Dr. Strange under the bus, but at least they salvaged it a bit from the preview. He looked even more immature and careless when Wong tells him not to cast the spell and he does it anyways (Scene was deleted or reshot). They also salvaged it a bit by explaining that the spell shouldn't have resulted in such a failure. Which suggests there is a larger problem in the multiverse that it happened. So you can't blame Dr. Strange for taking such a massive risk. But I agree that it seemed odd for Dr. Strange to be willing to erase memories of hundreds of millions of people just because Peter can't deal with the fallout. Another problem I had with the film is how Strange pretends as if he never had a life before being a magic user.
Overall a good movie. Better than most of the Marvel crap movies released in the last few years.

At the end of Loki the timeline splits and Strange is not aware of it as he was probably still in dust and never noticed it when he returned (Time passes different inside the TVA). I teared up when Garfield saved MJ. Really helped provide closure to his character.

There was no creativity made by the producers it was a lazy attempt to pull on peoples heart strings and bring back the nostalgia but if you analyse the film and remove the old characters your left with a boring film but thanks for giving your mindless sheep review showing exactly the producers east attempt to pull the wool over your eyes lol

I've heard that McGuire was supposed to die at the end when Goblin stabbed him. But test audiences didn't like it. So they reshot the ending so he lives.

I really wanted that Tobey to be the one that said the great power great responsibility line. Cause then he would have been his own Uncle Ben.
But I got admit that the way they had Aunt May say it was excellent

Thank GOD best decision ever made (even though now the stab just seems like shock value but it’s ok he’s still alive that’s what counts)

He was supposed to be close to death until the Tom Hardy Venom appeared and used some of his symbiote to heal Tobeys Spider-Man turning him into the Black Spider-Man again and then getting back his symbiote.By doing that he would get his White Spider Symbol as Venom. But they didn’t end up doing that because they may have plans for a Tom Holland Spider-Man movie against Tom Harry’s Venom - Andrew Garfield Spider-Man.Or even a Knull movie with Venom the 3 Spider-Man against all the Symbiotes and the Knull.
