Thank you Mark; thank you Ying; thank you especially to the Korean counterparts and planners behind the scenes who made this an absolutely epic adventure. I spent 2 years in South Korea and traveled extensively; your beautiful portrayal of this epic adventure, however, took the cake! What a production! Job well done my friend! 고맙습니다
Thank you Mark and Ying, for allowing those of us that have never traveled to Korea, to see this absolutely beautiful Asian country! You and Ying, have me hooked on Asian food, and the various different flavorful dishes! This was an amazing series! Keep up the excellent work, you both inspire and educate us! ☺️
Hello Mark I'm Jamaican and been watching your channel for some time now just wanted to say many of the dishes are new to me however its a very great experience watching you and your wife. Keep up the good work!
As a Korean American, I am so happy you did a series on Korean food and culture. You didn't add fluff to what is there and showed the simple food in a honest way. Thank you so much.
Mark what was the Alcohol “Flame On”that was used.? I wonder if they have a Fire Extinguisher just in Case they burn their Eyebrows, I guess it is Part & Parcelof consuming Soul food😂🤣😊I meant Heart & Seoul makan!
I am amazed as to how you just exposed some of the best non-stereotypical Korean food in an open and transparent way over a number of your videos that you shot in Jeonju. I am highly impressed! Jeonju is definitely the foodie capital of S.Korea hands down and is also one of the true fusion food ( experimental) areas as well. My wife and I toured all over Jeonju in late July of 2015. Eel is famous in Jeolla-bukdo, specifically in Gojang which is widely considered the origin of this dish.
Out of all your food trips in Korea, this, the pork neck bones soup and the one with the grilled fishes are my favorites!!! Makes me want to pack my bags and leave for Korea. Oh Mark, can't wait for your next adventure.
Great Koren series of Korean food, culture, colour, lovely friendly koreans..THIS IS GEETA FROM INDIA MUMBAI.my hUsband has lived in korea for 7 yrs but I mUst say Mark this vlog was totally amazing I learned n saw a lot ...god knows some day if i would be able to visit korea but with your vlog i jst felt there.....I also love how amazingly you describe the food and its flavor......so minutely....love you mark n ying....yor an amazing duo!
This series about South Korea was my most favorite experience you've brought to UA-cam so far. I like the way you incorporate the culture into your videos. Looking forward to what comes next.
You are getting more descriptive of what you are seeing and doing. learning what ingredients are being used and describing , cooking techniques being used, etc. all enrich your videos!! very good fun!
Thank you Mark for showing the most complete set of travels I've seen on UA-cam for a single region. A lots of details and images of unknown or mispresented places and foods. Good luck on your next project and looking forward to witness another of your cool adventures!
It was interesting to see you trying all those Korean dishes every video! You made me jealous because even though I'm Korean myself I haven't tried many foods (especially the ones in Jeonju) yet. I will definitely visit Jeonju and try some things you ate in the videos. Glad you had a nice (food) trip. Thanks!
*This has to be the ultimate best endings to your trip to Korea your handlers were fantastic as those serving you all these past 20 days, praying that you both enjoyed a uneventful trip back home and that you mom in law had the table sped of Tai dishes waiting for you all,Awaiting your next adventure, thanks Mark & Ying!*
Mark I love Korean food and always wanted to travel to South Korea but after watching your videos I'm Korea my interest has totally elevated. Great job.

I love the food experiences but the exposure to the different cultures and how humble and kind the people are really inspiring and you really make the world one thru food. keep on trekking.!

Love your channel Mark. Is there anyway we can get more videos of the chefs actually making your dishes? There is some second guessing on what you may be eating. It would be great to see things from the perspective of chef and discover the actual ingredients.
indonesia maybe, I am not familiar with their cuisine. but for japan, no. their cuisine has no variety in flavors, they actually pride themselves for having bland food. However they do have lots of different textures and are creative when it comes to presentation.
Wow! what a fantastic journey you have shared with us. Thanks Mark for showing us these wonderful places, its main attractions, its culture, art, very kind people and most of all, its wonderful food. I enjoyed it very much. I wish you and Ying a wonderful and safe return to Bangkok. Take care.
