- My 75 year old mom, Dolly, isn’t always dressed up. But when she’s casual, she has more of an elevated casual style.
We know not everyone can, or wants to spend outrageous amounts of money on clothing.
Mom wanted to go to T.J. Maxx and Ross Dress for Less to find some casual outfits on a budget to show you all how a few items can transform from very casual, to slightly dressy, and from day to night.

Who doesn’t want to well off? Don’t be skittish about mentioning that. I LOVE how you supported your Gran and your mom. A lot of my work is about aging and it’s usually thought of by much of society to be something ignored. You’ve all made this something wonderful, vibrant and fun…..and loving! I think you’re both awesome!

I am so motivated. I'm around your mother's age and I have so many clothes and heels but was told I'm to old to wear these things. I was gonna give everything away until I saw your mom. She is a beautiful and stylish woman. I put my things back on the racks and matched everything up. I had forgotten how to do this and was in everyday leggings and sweats..thank you, for waking me up..❤️

Life is too short. U have to do what u enjoy. Others aren’t making ur daily joy. Ur 70’s is like 40’s today. So, don’t think like a grandma. Other 70’s women aren’t thinking like Grandmas. So, why follow the ones that do. Follow the ones that don’t. Follow ppl who keep fun alive! 👍🙏

Oh yes! More, please!!! I love this. I'm 69 and love fashion too. And false eyelashes and makeup. And Grandma looked gorgeous too. If we still love this at a more mature age, why give it up? I'm not going to. I have to stay true to myself.

My cousin is DOLLY AND AT 90 SHE CONTINUES TO DEFY ODDS HOW GORGEOUS SHE IS AND HOW FABULOUS HER HEALTH IS W NO MEDS AT ALL........NO HEALTH ISSUES......DRIVES HER CAR AND RUNS TO THE LIBRARY AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK AS SHE IS IN HER 132ND BOOK SO FAR THIS YEAR!.....Dolly lives in Las Vegas and I live in Palm Springs so we get together at least 3 times a year and have fun in Las Vegas when I'm there! Our mothers were sisters and . close as we are with each other!

I love this. I'm her age and no longer want to be invisible and look frumpy when I go to the store. Where I live, Most mature women are in tee shirts or large a comfortable dress and thats ok , but they do not dess stylish when we go out. Sometimes we feel like " who cares" or because we feel we're old therefore our appearance no longer matters. We conclude we're not trying to attract a partner for the most part and we r comfortable just the way we are. And that's a very very good thing.
It's all a matter of personal choice.
Im choosing to dress..chic and stylish in my advanced age. It will help my mental state by boosting my self esteem. Thanks to you both for the videos, the ideas and the encouragement.
