I know right. To me that was just the rest position before doing presses. 🤷♂️
Obvisouly you have like half the ROM, so its pretty crap. You dont see it for a reason.
Youd normally use dumbells so they can go down the sides of the chair and you get long stretch and full range.
But they wanted to make 6 exercises I guess, so theyre putting anything in.

i would personally perform no more than 3 exercises of biceps per workout 3 exercises 3 sets tops for biceps.
you can choose 4 or 5 variation in one workout not above then 5
No hammer curls? Lame
