LittleBigPlanet Karting’s TRUE Identity?! | LBPK is Modnation Racers 2

LittleBigPlanet Karting for PS3 was originally developed as a sequel to a different game franchise entirely
Back before the LBP Kart racer came to be, the developers at United Front Games were actually pitching a sequel to ModNation Racers.
Modnation 2 was shaping up to be a full fledged console sequel to the 2010 Racing game, but PlayStation ultimately pushed the devs to make a LittleBigPlanet themed racing game instead.
Concept UI designs for the scrapped Modnation 2 can be found on one of the designers ArtStation accounts and in it clearly states that the project later transformed into LittleBigPlanet Karting.
If you take a closer look at both games, there's a lot of similarities between them including the game engine, gameplay and even create mode.
So if you ever wanted a Modnation Racers 2 and wish Sony made one back for the PS3, they kinda did just not with the same name.

Recently bought ModNation and DAMN this game's sick, i am a Karting defender by all means but ModNation just feels like Karting but it's a full game, i HEAVILY suggest anyone to play it
