Supposed to be a sterile cockpit below 10,000ft. Both pilots should be focussed on landing not focussing their smartphone. So many disasters out there where a sterile cockpit hasn’t been adhered to and people have died because the most obvious things haven’t been set correctly due to this.

Nothing to do with the Sun, Airbus position is that all landings should be performed with the HUD to develop crew understanding and confidence. The HUD is a great tool on the approach and in the flare if you know what to look for. To not use it is synonymous with buying a new car with traction control and disabling it.
It apparently doesn't need to be announced as per the SOP written on FCOM. It's just the usual, spoilers, reversers green, monitor deceleration rate and then call decel (this not to call the status of autobrake activation, but the actual deceleration feeled by pilot confirmed with speed trend line on speed tape). Moreover, since BTV announcement is in FMA, it's not the responsibility of PM to call the FMA status, but PF. But that too doesn't needed by the SOP to call autobrake status.
This demonstrates a lot of the behaviours that give Asian carriers a bad name. Talking about irrelevant things in the supposed sterile cockpit below 10k feet, first officer, pilot monitoring, apparently spending more time looking out the window and taking photos than monitoring. It’s unacceptable. If this was a European carrier these pilots would be having coffee with the chief pilot - probably for the last time. They were showing off for the camera.

Beautiful landing! Hard to do with the flat gear like this (compared to the 330)
It’s not flat it’s tilted a bit forward and the smoothness does not depend on the gear’s position it depends on the flare and thrust management,
