I’m 3 months into my treatment. I currently have the carriere motive device and Invisalign on my top teeth at this stage. Your videos are really informative. Hello from Australia 🙋♀️ my teeth are moving - I had braces and retainers as a kid, so 30 years later I have to do treatment again as teeth have shifted slightly and so has midline.
I have all sorts of issues- canines that have taken the place of incisors that were removed, crowding and molars that are rotated. Invisalign working great so far... starting my third month
I’m on my last aligner tray but still having issues and my dentist (denchic dental spa) is refusing refinements he just wants to get me out :( my teeth have straightened but I still have gaps between the bottoms of my teeth, my teeth are not exactly perfect rectangular. However when wearing my aligner these gaps are closing. I like the look of my teeth with aligner but not when they’re off. I have halo between tooth and aligner on lateral incisor too. What would you suggest? Wearing them for longer (I wear for seven days, but I’m sure I have had days of neglecting wearing for full 22 hr), or anything else? I’m supposed to have them off Thursday.
It sounds like maybe your bottom teeth have black triangles? If so, there’s not a lot Invisalign can do for that, but sometimes IPR can help. So sorry your teeth aren’t all tracking. 😔 Did you pay for a comprehensive plan? If so, your dentist should keep going. If not, perhaps an Ortho in the area would give you a good deal on a short treatment. I’d go to an *orthodontist* rather than a dentist, as they’re much more knowledgeable about tooth alignment.
Thanks for watching. Clear aligner does help with missing molars - it depends on what the treatment plan is. Talk to your treating provider for more information.

Can you straighten teeth first then replace missing teeth?
Yes, usually orthodontics is done first prior to placing dental implants. This is because dental implants cannot be moved orthodontically.
@@TrayMinder many thanks for your reply & thank you for taking the time to making these informative videos 😃
Doctor. You are so beautiful. I can listen to you speak all those nerdy terms all day long.
Lol. Thanks for watching.
