Won't they be taking off on the incorrect foot on the right side if their first step is with their right foot? I'm thinking they will dribble once with one step (right foot) take two steps (left, right) and shoot with right hand. On the left side you also have them taking the first step with their right foot so one of the two ways is going to be wrong.

Right handed players should predominantly use their left foot as their pivot foot and will (almost) always be stepping with their right foot first.
