What year was the car which maps version are you running?
Interesting that you took of the wheels for the center caps. I always just used a thin pry tool and took them off from the front.
Something here, a plastic trim tool and they pop right off, no need to take off the wheels!
What’s the different between the id6 and the id6 light version?
If you put tape on a small screw driver you can take them off that way too you just gotta be careful
A butter knife with painters tape over the blade pops those puppies right out; no need to take the wheel off. Have these on my f30, absolutely love them!

What's the difference between ID6 and ID6 lite?
I exchange these covers without unscrewing tires. The suction cup on the Ikea dishwashing brush works wonders. should go with others too.

I got the same floating center cap too they work for when taking roller
I highly recommend the Bosch OE wiper blades. They are way better than the BMW Valeo ones, I never knew there was a difference in wiper blades!
Popped them off with tape. It saved me sooo much time.

That’s ironic I ordered floating center caps that light up when they spin from China back in January and I still haven’t received them. However they seem really cool and I hope I receive them. Anyhow really cool.
I got my hands on some oem fresh ones from the bmw factory wheel caps that are sort of pre production due to some connections

You should reach out to Bmw tech services on Facebook he can get you full screen car play. That’s a game changer. It’s so much better than having 2/3’s the screen available.
Be very Careful with spinning wheel caps. The chroming on the plastic can touch the wheel material and causes then to oxidise and blister the wheel coating. They look good for a while but then they ruin your wheels. Not all of them but some.

Only thing the Bimmer code is missing is Full Screen Carplay, which is a game changer :)
I love my floating caps. The dealer was replacing mine when I was buying my F10 because they were all corroded and I just asked if I put the extra £30 towards them could I have the floating caps...the dealer never asked for the £30...😂result.

I bought a X4 2014 yesterday it was the Professional Media onboard software version is MN 002.045.001 am able to use Bimmercode to change the layout to the tiles view. I am going to do a software update as theres one available from 2018 but not sure if BMW will do another one in the future. Hope you'll be able to give me a answer. Great channel by the way new sub.

I did the exact same thing but after 10-15 minutes I drive will reboot itself but everything else knows why.

I had floating center caps on my 435i Grand Coupe but they ended up falling off. And those caps came straight from the bmw store. Kind of disappointed🤦🏾♂️
