    I would use Tender Touch stabilizer on the back. The small holes or weak points won't breakdown any further. I use that for embroidery, but it would be totally perfect for a project like this.

    You could put your domain name on the sleeves. :D I suspect you could do the engraving on a separate piece of cloth and sew it onto the jacket for a longer lasting product. It might be fun to engrave quilting blocks also.

    I don't know if it could help if you want to keep it longuer you could glue a patch on the inside with some fabric glue?

    Drop the min speed don't let the min and max speed be the same. For example if you have a 90w laser and use a max 50% then make the min 10%, this will not let the corners engrave to deep.

    How long did it take to do that design on your jacket?

      It’s been a while so I can’t remember exactly but with this material I engrave with higher speeds. Probably around 8-10 minutes for an image that size.
