Use only once. It will remove hair in one use. But after 2-3 weeks hair starts growing again. Then u can use cream again to remove. Sadly it does not remove permanently 😭

Of course they can! You might just need to leave it on a little longer if your hair is a bit thicker (no more than 10 minutes though)
