I do have my moments of doubt and sometimes do small alterations. But if I'm excited about a project on paper, I try to stick with that, because probably it will turn out better than I've imagined
To be honest, i wasn't a big fan of those bumpers when you started making them, but now when i see all the parts in one color, it looks really good. We'll done!!!!!
I don't understand why you only have 2.5k subscribers.... You should be on way more! People don't know what they're missing. Great content, can't wait for the next video!
Thank you, I'm glad you like my videos. It's a new channel and for some reason YT is presenting my videos to a limited amount of people even tough my statistics are showing me great numbers, great numbers for YT. Because I got hacked a few years ago and I was unable to recover my social media I'm just hoping that people will like, subscribe and most importantly share. Eventually it will pick up, I am sure of it, or at least I hope so.
Even tough everybody gets inspiration from everywhere, I try not to copy but apply my own style, even tough it is maybe my 7th MR2 build, every single one was different...
Thank you, Raptor is very durable, but I have to say, I don't know how durable is going to be now because I've reduced it a lot, but at least I love how it looks :)
To be honest, I didn't know what to expect, especial because I had the paint for 3 years and got misplaced and stored in a green house, worst place ever. But it turned out really good
I was sick lately, just a cold, but a brave one, so I couldn't edit for a couple of days... But it's great to see that you're eager, the project will get better :)
I was really under pressure to get the car ready for the upcoming show and I was afraid that because of thinning the paint so much it's going to show imperfections. For the headlights I made a very weird choice, I'll see if it's going to be my final version or I'm going to change the plans a bit. More custom stuff are coming :)
Thank you, yes, I'm planning to supercharge it, therefor I will make a complete new intake and full exhaust, because I'm planning to improve the engine sound dramatically
Well my idea was to have the exterior looking rough, but still stylish. It is Raptor but the texture is minimal, if it's still going to be durable, I have no idea, but it turned out how I wanted with the satin shine
Cool, I was thinking about a roller as well but I thought that it might be easier to spray it, I wanted the paint to have just a bit of texture and to be honest when I saw it the next morning, it was a big relief, because just after I painted it I was panicking a bit :))
I do that even tough I didn't make it in the video. When I started to sand my first car and the guy that was teaching me old me to use a guide coat, I said ok, when he returned all the panels were completely black :)))
Love the build so far, very unique! With the larger and heavier wheels, do you plan on doing any modifications to the engine? Maybe swapping it to a 2ZZ?
The overall wheel diameter is going to be exactly the same, I don't know if they are going to be heavier, but on all my projects I try to improve everything. I have the Yamaha 2ZZ on my white MR2, I'm planning to make a video about that one as well because it is a bit different. As for this one, I plan to supercharge it. I really want the supercharger whine
Why bother so much then? with old scratches if you paint it raptor! After all, the raptor was created for this purpose, to hide all the errors under its paint.
You're right, but I didn't know how it's going to cover since I had no experience with Raptor and also I reduced it 50% more than the maximum recommended by them. I didn't want to take any chances
Isn't the purpose of that bed liner to be wear resistant and hide the scratches over itself with texture. Yes, it hides imperfections under, but this is a byproduct of the thick paint. And why not make a perfect surface for paint? This is a good way to improve skills.
Please leave a comment and let me know what you think about the colour choice.
It's looking better & better with each upload.
Glad to see you're following the makers motto: "Trust the process"
Can't wait to see the wheels

Thank you and welcome to the channel. I'm glad that I managed to change your opinion :)
i think the good black really compliments the green and leaves a more premium look to it.
Right !? I love the green but if I don't bring accents, I think the car will look dull and cheap.
@CamilSofrag doing a great job man!
That color is looking awesome. Keep it up!

Thank you, I got a bit delayed but it's here now, I'm glad you've enjoyed it :)
cant wait for it to be finished
There is still a long way to go, but we'll get there :)
Excellent!! And very different as well! You haven’t taken the same old road so many people go down to…
Even tough everybody gets inspiration from everywhere, I try not to copy but apply my own style, even tough it is maybe my 7th MR2 build, every single one was different...
I like the idea of using raptor. Gives you a different effect and is durable. I think it looks very nice.
Thank you, Raptor is very durable, but I have to say, I don't know how durable is going to be now because I've reduced it a lot, but at least I love how it looks :)
Looks great!
Thanks! :)
Awesome!!!!!
Thanks!!
It looks so good! Always excited to see the next video.
So am I... after I finish an episode I'm like crossing a finish line :))
Very very great Job!!! and Nice color
Loving the progress. Eagerly awaiting for the next part!
Coming soon!
Love it!! Keep the content coming!
looks pretty good for the type of paint used
To be honest, I didn't know what to expect, especial because I had the paint for 3 years and got misplaced and stored in a green house, worst place ever. But it turned out really good
Kewl color choice, i like it
Thank you, I can't wait to see it back together :)
Loving this project so far! Have specifically searched your channel twice this week to double check i didn't miss an upload 🙏
I was sick lately, just a cold, but a brave one, so I couldn't edit for a couple of days...
But it's great to see that you're eager, the project will get better :)
Paintjob and colour are fine. The prep work was a bit overkill. Can't wait for your headlight choices and mods.

Amazing work!!! Are you planning make engine upgrades too?
Thank you, yes, I'm planning to supercharge it, therefor I will make a complete new intake and full exhaust, because I'm planning to improve the engine sound dramatically
@CamilSofrag Great I will wait to see it I love to see unique cars and special jobs like this one!!!!
I love raptor for a campervan or more rugged vehicle not sure I'd do it on a sportscar but yours looks fantastic.
Well my idea was to have the exterior looking rough, but still stylish. It is Raptor but the texture is minimal, if it's still going to be durable, I have no idea, but it turned out how I wanted with the satin shine
I'm starting to like this 👌 i don't think those wheels will do it justice though.
Yeeees, come to the dark side, we have cookies :),
In the next episode I'll do the wheels, let me know then what do you think :)
I painted my old MR2 with raptor! Same colour. I loved it. You're doing a better job than I did though. I did mine with a roller on the drive 😅
Cool, I was thinking about a roller as well but I thought that it might be easier to spray it, I wanted the paint to have just a bit of texture and to be honest when I saw it the next morning, it was a big relief, because just after I painted it I was panicking a bit :))
You Should Guide coat with a bit of spray paint
I do that even tough I didn't make it in the video.
When I started to sand my first car and the guy that was teaching me old me to use a guide coat, I said ok, when he returned all the panels were completely black :)))

@@CamilSofrag oh wow, now I’m really keen on seeing how it turns out! Supercharger is a great decision!
@@AinioUA-cam I think so as well, it won't be straight forward but if everything goes well, it should be whining at the end
