Should you shadow Box traditionally arts?

Shadow boxing has always been a warm up, conditioner and creative part of boxing, and many of the Arts that Thai deliver what they say they will.
Why not implement it into your traditional systems?
Maybe that is why many of them remain stale with not great success when they face a live art.
Who knows?
Why not give it a couple of weeks and find out for yourself?
