Not really since he was given the evidence without the knowledge of it being forged in the first place, if my memory is correct kristoph was the one that forged the evidence as seen in the last case of apollo justice ace attorney.

Of the many things Spirit of Justice did wrong probably my least favorite was that Mia had no appearance in it. She didn’t need to help or even do anything important I would have liked to see her reaction to everything that had happened since her last appearance.
@@triforceofcourage100 Well, I do like Mia a lot and they could've featured somehow but I guess that it also means Phoenix has matured and is not the same person he was 9 years ago, he now has Apollo and Athena and the three of them have gotten better at their job than the first time we met them, so Phoenix doesn't need his mentor's help anymore. A Mia appearance out of the helping Phoenix in cases would be great. Like her doing something out of the trials or even like helping Athena if Phoenix and Apollo aren't around.
