great footwork but i think your swing is a bit too free as in you don't grasp your racquet tight enough. Try not to lean back while hitting the shots as it will result in higher balls.
Your positioning and movement is good but you both will go no further in level without fixing your strokes. You're supposed to swing the racquet like a pendulum. It's not a wand. It's a weight. You need to coil your hips and shoulders and release them laterally while pulling the racquet, it's the only way you can get proper speed on your shots. Yellow shirts serve it's really difficult on the eyes tbh. I am not from the USA so don't know your rating system but I've seen Winston Du videos and he is rated 4.0-4.5 whatever that means. But he is on another planet compared to you guys and you're apparently 3.5; i can't see how that can be the case or be the close if it is. Not trying to be mean but you both really need to get some coaching to learn how to swing the racquet properly.

Feedback well taken. I'm suffering what many call arming the racket. Hopefully will be able to swing as you mentioned, a pendulum.
