Still in shock about Lance Reddick’s death, he was incredible as Sylens. He’ll be greatly missed in Horizon 3.
I'm going to miss Sylens and Aloy going back and forth. IDK how they'll do Horizon 3 without Lance Riddick. Some voices can't be replaced.
I am really wondering how they will go forward with the 3rd game without him... He was surely an integral part of it. I just hope they find a way vs writing him out of the game. It won't be near as good without him!
@@JADub87 yes. My old substitute teacher had a voice similar to his but nobody will ever be able to replace him as Sylens.
@@noahmeme2 Agreed. Another concern is his imaging postmortem. Some people get pretty sore over that. I understand. To me it's what the individual wanted, but I come from a strong Baptist background so I know some folks just don't like showcasing entertainers or really anyone after they pass.

Unlikely I'll ever invest into VR2, but I always glad to see the world of Horizon expanded. Its incredible.
Ryas was such an awesome character. I also love the dialogue he gives, since you’re not in third person view and it looks like it’s just you, his dialogue is both very nice and interesting. He kinda had that father kind of dialogue tbh. Also I’m very curious on what Ryas looks like cause we never really got to see what he looks like.
I do hope that we’ll see Ryas again. He’ll be like another Kotallo or maybe Rost I guess.
But yeah, call of the mountain was a tad bit short but very fun indeed. And the story was great and most importantly… *THE VIEW*. Like you just can’t resist to look at the landscape.

especially after we lost varl and sylens, i believe ryas deserve appearance in horizon 3.

...well, ok, the official UA-cam channel is doing a full Lets Play, same as they did with Forbidden West, but that is experiencing it vicariously.
Amazing video, man! Despite having to assist a gameplay walkthrough to know the story, Ryas' adventure is indeed awesome.
Oh, and on Call of the Mountain, would you consider making a video on the region the game takes place? I'm loosing my mind tring to place it in the overall map (though I think the valley is south of the Valleymeet, with the final section on the Spurflints, given Meridian in the distance). I love Horizon Dawn. Since it is such a successful endeavor, I’m surprised and disappointed that all of the creations are not available across all platforms. It makes no sense, and is sad. No one wants to feel left out.

What If Alpha all lived by freezing themselves beforehand Ted killed them, Elizabet went freezing herself at another Zero Dawn Factory.
All wake up shortly after Aloy left Nora Tribe Lands.
That is a great idea for a What If event, it would even fit into the lore as one of the potential scenarios that Sylsne, rest in peace Lance, gave in the first game as a way that Elizabet could have survived into the 31st century before Alloy learnt of her fate was placing herself in cryo sleep in the time in between, in fact maybe some of the other ZD personal could have done something similar and could be an explanation as to why Elyisim went off line as by lacking the resources to last past 100 years, maybe they froze themselves with the possibility that if the population was divided up then some could be active for some time to care for the others before another person would take up the role in the absence of an AI, saving resources and improving chances of survival.
Regarding the impact on the story, in the possibility that GIAI would be unaware of the survival of the Alphas, that would still lead to the birth of Alloy as she would be unaware or unable wake up her creator, with Alloy’s failure to access the Alpha Record during Heart of the Mountain after recovering from the Proving could be the event that would wake up the Alphas, maybe needing them to confirm that the Alpha Record is accurate and inform them of Alloy’s existence, leading them to make contact with Alloy,
With the possibility that they would be able to more easily obtain the Master Override, and that for all the Alphas strengths they would lack knowledge of the New World and depending upon how Sylsne found out about their survival would offer his knowledge of HADES current location with the possibility that he could be purged or more accurately captured, with Sylsne being able to use logic to point out that capturing HADES would be beneficial to learn why the then unknown NEMESIS sent the signal, with them reluctantly seeing his point and thus learn of FZ and counter them by the time they arrive and free Beta

this isn't the FO universe and Earth, man. and even our old one era counterparts so far haven't shown, described well(?) about their own level of cryo-hibernational techniques to be at least equally similarly promising as those pre-great war era Humans'/vault-tec's.
which is sadly funny for those of us who are mostly in it for the horizon universe's and galaxy's own version of Humans' technological levels, huh.
also old one era folks don't have post-terran era....era, Space capabilities. they are not UCN/ISA/helghan-Humanity. so Not much described there in Lore to be that around anywhere (which I sometimes still being reminded about it being annoying in that part of horizon, Lore-wise).
