how do I get the polygon perfectly line up? in most other apps when you try to cut a picture they lock at an angle how do I get that lock in photoshop?

go to shape and select path in property panel
then select layer and draw shap which you like then go menu bar and select layer then select vector mask and then select currnt path
but make sure your layer be seleted
