9:03 I’m totally thinking about Teami on this one tbh. The owner takes a ton of supplements but eats organic, minimal ingredient foods, etc. i remember watching one of her Instagram videos a few years ago showing all the supplements she was taking at the time… can’t understand the necessity for them if she supposedly eats so clean.
I waited 12 years after my daughter’s birth to exercise lol. Tracy Anderson is so irritating. When I was really stressed, I didn’t eat and lost weight, and my abs were flatter. Love these videos!
the message you gave about being proud of making it to menopause when many people don’t just flips the whole narrative on it’s head. i’m not there yet but that time will come and i will remember this😊
Im a 5ft bodybuilder whose been strength training for over a decade. What the actual heck is petite friendly food... I've never ever heard this. Also as a mom of 5, working out 13 days post partum is wild. And if you had a c-section dont even think about it. You will do more damage than anything
Justina!!! Huge fan of your content (especially this series) would you consider making a video about Ashley Black and her claims on how her tools and program can reduce cellulite? My mom just got her whole book and lineup and she uses a lot of example pictures and in depth explanations but my BS alarm is going off. I couldn’t find a lot of in depth analysis of her claims online. Anyway, if you see this would you please look into her and consider if it would be a good topic for you? Thank you so much!!!
So, I've followed Sydney Cummings since roughly 2018, but I'm increasingly annoyed with her content in general. I'm getting more out of Tracy Steen and Heather Robertson, but there's a small part of me that holds out hope that Sydney will go back to "old" Sydney. You've reviewed her several times, loved her in the past, but not so much in more recent times. Maybe I'm just looking for an, "it's ok to move on now, I think you know it's time" more than anything. I hope that wasn't too rambling. 🤣
Back when I was a dumb, insecure young teen I spent $120 on Tracy Anderson’s 60 day workout series. It came in a dvd set (this was, I wanna say, 16 ish years ago) and despite trying my best with her workouts and eating the gross recipes from her included diet plan, I did not slim down. That clip of her made me cringe knowing there was a time when I fully believed she could give me my dream body. Live and learn.

Love it. Thanks for the BMI talk, that's something that has always bummed me out. And I still have no idea what that clip was after the BMI discussion lol
in theory if someone can't gain access to fruits and vegetables, it could be a great supplement. but unfortunately most of these products are microdosed AND way over priced.
Justina!! Thank you thank you for being so positive regarding the body of a woman in menopause! I have to keep reminding myself to know how great my body is, in the shape I am and appreciate it❤
PICK UP AN APPLE LITERALLY FRIENDS. they are cheaper than the damn supplements too, and you can learn about how they are grown if you get them from a farmers market
I’ve had times where my bmi would say im over weight whilst I was eating super healthy and working out 5-6 days a week, weight training, boxing, swimming, running, going on long walks, bmi can be accurate but there’s so much more to look at
I love these videoossss but may I request something for those of us just listening? Reading out the text in the tik tok or describing what's happening can be very helpful! Not necessary at all just thought I'd ask ❤❤❤
Loved this video. I've just watched the fupa bit again because your reaction just had me laughing my head off. Now on a serious note, these videos just confirm and reassure me that I'm doing great without Tiktok. I find its content almost insulting and extremely triggering. Instagram is a bit better but not much, at least to me. I used to follow you on Instagram too but then I would get suggesgions for fitness content I don't appreciate and that is mostly designed at glorifying a certain look/physique/wellness lifestyle... Nope, it doesn't do me good, so I stay away from those media and I am happier. That's why I enjoy this series so much! Thank you for your work, as always!❤
What annoys me the most about the whole FUPA discussion (apart from the name because it's just a horrible fucking name for a normal body part) is that most people don't even know what or where the FUPA would be. It's not your lower belly, babe, it's your pubic mound. your MONS PUBIS. It generally consists of fatty tissue - some gals have more, some have less. And guess what: no specific workout will reduce the fat there, because targeted fat loss does simply not exist :)
I cant eat after 8 because I have terrible nightmares if I go to bed with food digesting. Speaking As someone who has gone thru menopause -and a short queen, pilates wont cure your lumpiness. I love it for my mobility tho. After you have a baby the only thing you should be doing is taking care of your newborn. Jeesh these people are insane!
I am 1 year PP and only now working on returning to pre baby body. I needed to have so many calories to keep up supply, I’m tired. Huge life changes, sick baby. My priority is keeping Bub healthy and alive and just looking after myself. Now she’s on solids it’s way easier to focus on my nutrition. I have no regrets. I did my best. The end.
@@JustinaErcole he made it look so simple! Just do these exercises to trim up he said. They were too advanced for me but I wanted to push myself. Learned a valuable lesson that week haha. Then I found channels like yours ❤️
Regarding PFF from the petite influencer -- I followed her for a bit and actually what it stood for originally was Protein/Fat/Fiber, which is actually wonderful advice -- but again, great advice for everyone, not just petites.
Hi Justina!! do you happen to have a link to the microphone you are using in this video? it sounds so good! thanks for all the amazing fitness content :)
“Why am I looking at somebody’s anus” I’m gonna start asking this when someone starts spouting nonsense to me 😂 loved the mini interpretive dance portion of the vid too!
As a Pialtes instructor, I hate it when a company/influencer does any random bodyweight 'workout' and calls it Pilates. Then they pretend it has all the health benefits of Pilates or just makes up a ton of benefits that it will never give you, just to prey on vulnerable women with a buzzword!
@@christinas2188 I really like Move With Nicole. She is not doing strict, classic Pilates. Her workouts are more of a Pilates/Barre mix. But personally I love her style and think her workouts are safe and effective. If you want something a little more traditional, try Lottie Murphy or Margaret Elizabeth. They are a bit slower pace and definitely stick to more traditional Pilates exercises and the principles. Hope that’s helpful ☺️
Thank you for the comment about gender identity towards the end. It might seem like a small thing, but as a nonbinary person who’s into fitness, it discourages me to see how many folks in the fitness community are Really Fucking Weird about people like me. I really appreciate you making this an inclusive space!
BMI can also fail as a health metric in the opposite direction -- I had a BMI of 22, while my DXA scan showed >35% body fat because I had very little muscle. (I'm working on it, it's going great!)
I need more people to share the one about all the nutrition nonsense!!! It's like, I guess I'll just eat air!! Oh wait, oxygen is toxic and flammable in higher concentrations so it must be bad for me. Darn.
All the contradicting information and focus on trying to eat some mystical perfect diet seems like a great way to develop orthorexia. I have to catch myself sometimes to just allow myself to eat in moderation and tune out messaging about how "bad" different foods are, or I start to get anxious.
That was truly the best clip out of all of them! It seems that no matter what you eat nowadays, there's something "toxic" and "bad" about it. Society is trying it's best to make us terrified of anything and everything.
i feel like the use of "a petite" also is infantilizing to short women, like it's some special class of person that has to do everything different because you're so small oh no. i hate that but that might just be me
We love a "woke" queen but also someone who want us educated. The more we know about how the body works, the more comfortable we are gonna be around its ever present changes and you have help a great deal on that
Omg, I love you! 🤣🤣 Why can't there be more honest and educated people out there like you instead of all these ding dongs pushing their agendas on insecure and struggling women.
Thank you for pointing out all the import and healthy information we all need! This suggestion about the female body and emotions makes me really angry. I went through a depression 3 years ago and this was so horrible and stressful that I lost so much weight and maybe there were some abs to be seen.... well I just did not care because I felt so horrible!!! And since then I literally do not care about stuff like this because I am healthy now, put on some weight, I am feeling great in my female body and even startet doing karate during menopause.... Think about all the wonderful things woman could do if we just did not care how our body looks!!!

I can't stand that word, it's up there with "moist". Ewww! 😝
So glad you’re enjoying :)
Love it. Thanks for the BMI talk, that's something that has always bummed me out. And I still have no idea what that clip was after the BMI discussion lol
Thanks for making me laugh on my boring work morning!
you're so welcome!
i just love you so much Justina
thank you for creating content for us!
omg thank YOU for watching!!
I never understood the green powder thing. Blend your greens to a smoothie. Isn't it the same? ( aside from the texture drink-food)
in theory if someone can't gain access to fruits and vegetables, it could be a great supplement. but unfortunately most of these products are microdosed AND way over priced.
Justina!! Thank you thank you for being so positive regarding the body of a woman in menopause! I have to keep reminding myself to know how great my body is, in the shape I am and appreciate it❤
You’re so welcome my friend!
PICK UP AN APPLE LITERALLY FRIENDS. they are cheaper than the damn supplements too, and you can learn about how they are grown if you get them from a farmers market
THIS! (But also fully acknowledging that there are food deserts all over the country where people can't find quality fresh produce)
I’ve had times where my bmi would say im over weight whilst I was eating super healthy and working out 5-6 days a week, weight training, boxing, swimming, running, going on long walks, bmi can be accurate but there’s so much more to look at
absolutely! that's why i think we should just pay attention to more accurate things.
3 litre is so much😂. The fluids in tea , coffee and food also counts for your fluid intake.
I love these videoossss but may I request something for those of us just listening? Reading out the text in the tik tok or describing what's happening can be very helpful! Not necessary at all just thought I'd ask ❤❤❤
solid feedback, thank you!
AMEN!
Justina - your reactions are fantastic! Thx for the laugh ❤️❤️
The end.
And your best is AMAZING ❤️
😂😂 I can't speak right now, this one was just hilarious....I love you girl!! ❤️
love you too!
The Tracey Anderson clip 😂 Word salad right there. Isn't she friends with Gywneth Paltrow? Says it all, lol
oh yeah she's her trainer!
What the hell are petite friendly foods??🤣
Also your arms looks amazing!
No clue, and thanks!!
Mister London. I did one of his circuits and the around the world with a weight in hand wrecked my shoulders! I didn’t know better
Sorry to hear that! I can’t speak to the quality of his workouts, only his marketing :)
Ahhh got it! And yes you’re totally right, great advice for all humans haha
Can you do a positif review of tiktoks? Like that english guy who is specialised on rehabilitation and is super positive and sweet.
The first half of these are positive!
Hi Justina!! do you happen to have a link to the microphone you are using in this video? it sounds so good! thanks for all the amazing fitness content :)
Yes! It’s the rode wireless mic. I have it linked in my Amazon shop in the description of the video :)
@@JustinaErcole thank you queen 👸 literally omw to purchase rn
My main struggle as a 5' woman at the gym is re-adjusting the seats on every machine before I use it. Not drinking coffee 😅
I love those TikTok comments of yours. 😂 btw: your video for petites was so much fun (and helpful!), I am a petite too and could totally relate.
I’m so glad you enjoyed it! Kevin and I had fun filming that one 😂
Grabbing the cats and taking a seat because Justina has dropped a new video! 🤗
STRAP IN KITTIES!
“Why am I looking at somebody’s anus” I’m gonna start asking this when someone starts spouting nonsense to me 😂 loved the mini interpretive dance portion of the vid too!
Yo that Tracy Anderson girl sounds like satire
Please tell me she's not serious 😭
Oh she’s dead serious.
@@JustinaErcole that's absurd lmao how does anyone take her seriously
As a Pialtes instructor, I hate it when a company/influencer does any random bodyweight 'workout' and calls it Pilates. Then they pretend it has all the health benefits of Pilates or just makes up a ton of benefits that it will never give you, just to prey on vulnerable women with a buzzword!
same!
Hi, there, as a certified Pilates instructor, can you recommend anyone on UA-cam that is legitimate? What do you think of Move with Nicole?
@@christinas2188 I really like Move With Nicole. She is not doing strict, classic Pilates. Her workouts are more of a Pilates/Barre mix. But personally I love her style and think her workouts are safe and effective. If you want something a little more traditional, try Lottie Murphy or Margaret Elizabeth. They are a bit slower pace and definitely stick to more traditional Pilates exercises and the principles. Hope that’s helpful ☺️
@@christinas2188 I did a whole video on her! I always recommend Margaret Elizabeth :)
Great, thank you!
I have visible abs, they just happen to resemble muffins topped with donuts 😂 (is Mr. London a PT for cats ....)
If August peaks on the 7th with this video, how will we make it through until September 😆 Great roundup and great commentary, as always!
Hahaha so glad you enjoyed! I have some spice planned for the rest of the month to hold you over 😉
This was so funny 😂
Thank you for the comment about gender identity towards the end. It might seem like a small thing, but as a nonbinary person who’s into fitness, it discourages me to see how many folks in the fitness community are Really Fucking Weird about people like me. I really appreciate you making this an inclusive space!
You are so welcome!!
Your version of the full body workout is top tier 😂😅
Had to test it out!
What the hell is a “petite friendly food”?? If I eat a non-petite friendly food, do I explode? I’m so confused
BMI can also fail as a health metric in the opposite direction -- I had a BMI of 22, while my DXA scan showed >35% body fat because I had very little muscle. (I'm working on it, it's going great!)
Solid point!
I need more people to share the one about all the nutrition nonsense!!! It's like, I guess I'll just eat air!! Oh wait, oxygen is toxic and flammable in higher concentrations so it must be bad for me. Darn.
it's insane how many "rules" contradict each other
All the contradicting information and focus on trying to eat some mystical perfect diet seems like a great way to develop orthorexia.
I thought I was listening to a tarot card reading when that person started talking about emotional blocks and abs.
i feel like the use of "a petite" also is infantilizing to short women, like it's some special class of person that has to do everything different because you're so small oh no. i hate that but that might just be me
Oooh solid point here
Very amusing video thank you !
We love a "woke" queen but also someone who want us educated. The more we know about how the body works, the more comfortable we are gonna be around its ever present changes and you have help a great deal on that
Got an add for “Hers” supplements - lol!
Omg, I love you! 🤣🤣 Why can't there be more honest and educated people out there like you instead of all these ding dongs pushing their agendas on insecure and struggling women.
love you too!
MORE MORE MORE , you are the best and make me feel so much better that i am not confirming to all these stupid people!!
The floor Pilates 😂😂😂
Can’t wait to see that in the FIT club! 😂
**wall Pilates
Sleep paralysis demon 😂 man that was scary stuff haha
they did that lady DIRTY lol
Thank you for pointing out all the import and healthy information we all need!
This suggestion about the female body and emotions makes me really angry. I went through a depression 3 years ago and this was so horrible and stressful that I lost so much weight and maybe there were some abs to be seen.... well I just did not care because I felt so horrible!!! And since then I literally do not care about stuff like this because I am healthy now, put on some weight, I am feeling great in my female body and even startet doing karate during menopause.... Think about all the wonderful things woman could do if we just did not care how our body looks!!!
amen!!
