Why did he refuse to comment the photo of the boy? And what's the 'rational' explanation for that photo? I'm not defending Dr Holzer, I have no idea if he's a charlatan or not but when the subject is paranormal activity, I like to keep an open mind.

Many think that ghost boy photo was one of the paranormal investigators, Paul Bartz 🤷‍♂️

That would also mean that the surviving relatives, that is his grandfather (we all know they were mobbed up) and so on, wanted him to get the entire blame rather than even bring up that ANOTHER member of the family was involved. I did not read "High Hopes", and although I know the police did not follow procedure to the fullest extent when questioning him, are you saying the threats of police brutality against the neighbors is what kept them quiet? I believe that Ronny is not credible at all.

With all due respect to Dr. Holzer, another charlantan, Ron DeFeo doesn't remember anything because he was higher then the space station that night . . . Not being taken over by some 'pissed off' old indian chief. He has a volatile relationship with is father - and except for one sister - was not close to his family. He murdered them in a drug induced haze. Those are the facts. Local Indian tribes (not librarians, I might add) have stated time and time again - IT IS NOT A BURIAL GROUND.

You don't the first thing about drugs, that's for sure. Don't spread myths about things you don't understand. And except this - you still can't explain how a 23 yrs old boy all of a sudden kills his whole family without any neighbours hearing any of the eight gun shots in middle of the night, and without any signs of struggle from any of the family members before death. They all were found in their beds lying on their stomachs. Is that psychic paralysis or what? Can the modern science explain it?

There was no burial ground and no supernatural force but I don't see how you think you know exactly what happened in that house.

Jolene Myers ... You don't know anything about the Lutz family ... only second hand information. Have you bothered to do ANY research??... obviously not. GREEDY?? They LOST everything.. including the HOUSE..

Jolene Myers ... also, YOU WERE NOT THERE. How can you come to any conclusion about paranormal activity??

the only thing thats real about this whole story is the murder of the family...other than that you cant really prove if the house is or was haunted can you?

I wonder though if he really believes what he was saying. He died this past year 4/09.

the defeo's moved in that house in 1965 so why 9 years later the indian chief possesses ronnie and make him do it? i don't know and we don't really understand it, how can you believe these theories? you just can't. very strange.

The man is dead so I don’t want speak ill of him but sorry he’s theory is absolutely ridiculous, there wasn’t a burial ground there and even if there was I don’t see how that would cause paranormal activity.
Ronnie was a punk and he killed he’s famliy because he was high and wanted to cash in.
As for him saying it’s not a haunted houses but he admits that there is an angry spirit of an Indian chief lol so contradictory and he did write a book so that would be he’s motivation to sell the story.

A human spirit can be an invitation to the demonic.
