You should have put your clothes where your toiletries are because the flap thing that goes over the top is a compression pad so it pushes everything down so you have more room.
if the luggage breaks during the flight its the airline who is responsible. ofc the carry on usually doesnt get thrown around, but idk what kind of brand offers life time warranty in the sense that they will fix the broken luggage or repair it if something happens to it forever. then youd be able to never buy a new one and youd always get a new one. i work in a bag shop where we sell everything from backpacks to luggage. none of our luggage has a life time warranty (and we sell brands that have way more expensive luggage available than away as well, like rimowa which is like the elite of luggage), but some backpack brands do. but it only covers manufacturer or material problems. so if you use it and something breaks/wears off bc its been used to much, it doesnt cover it. idk just never heard that a lifetime warranty would actually cover everything forever, weird thinking from the companys point of view.
Can we please address the issue of multicolor hair? Every FA video I watch about the interview process talks about airlines preferring natural, one color hair...no drastic roots...no drastic ombres...no drastic streaks (not to mention no crazy, rock n roll, punk rock colors, that goes without saying). I live in a sunny climate and my hair naturally sucks up the sun and becomes beachy / streaky plus I have a natural white streak. I am completely stressing over interviewing because I am hearing "you should dye your roots, you should cover your streaks (even if temporarily blending with color spray) you should do anything to get it one natural color!?! That is my natural hair and I really didn't want to have to dye it to hide it or change it. But I think I asked about your hair having more than one color in another video, and I am not being critical, your are beautiful and so is your hair, but I am just curious about what is the truth here?

I'm confused. You mentioned putting your toiletry bag with you face wash in the suitcase. I'm assuming it's liquid. Did you check in your suitcase or do you not have to do the 311 rule as a flight attendant?
