Congratulations, Carrie!! The airline that hired you really got a "gold mine" in you. Yes, you're "drop-dead gorgeous" - the whole world can see that. But even more importantly, you're so personable, intelligent, and professional. You are absolutely gonna AMAZE them!! :)
Recommendation... Buy 1/2 size up in FA heels because feet swell when doing ALOT of walking and in the air. You can put tissue in the front of the heels, so they do not flip flop out.

You have helped me so much!! I am going to my face-2-face interview later this much and so many of your videos have helped me prepare! I would absolutely love a video on flight attendant shoes!! Also good luck on training!!!

Remember when I binged all your vids sometime in 2018 because they were fun & interesting? I was like, “I think I’d be good at that job because I like a weird schedule & people seem to like me but I’ve got a career and I just bought a really old house that I love.” Still love my house & I’ve worked hard to get it in better shape - I can even eave it alone for a few days now & not worry about it falling over. Turns out a realtor can work from anywhere with wifi 85% of the time. And now I’ve got a F2F with your mainline in a couple weeks & a CJO with the big U. Life is weird & sometimes you apply for a job on a whim because you see the posting online and remember Carrie’s videos were fun….then that whim takes you toward a new path you never knew you were supposed to be on.

Good luck in training! Dressing super conservative and ultra professional is probably the safest way to go. Avoid sleeveless and anything sheer. When I went through training (for a major) we were advised to dress business conservative. Hair and shoes had to follow uniform guidelines as well. I have a feeling you will be flying for my airline! Hope to see you out on the line!

Hi Carrie, I just booked my first flight in like 15+ years. I used to love to fly (I.E.:Atlanta, Dulles, LAX, JFK, Kahului Maui, Cozumel, Gatwick, Heathrow...) but, maybe not so much since 9/11. I didn't ever used to think of what could go wrong...of course, I think with age, we "learn" to worry, having seen more and being aware of what could happen. So, I'm 53 and we prolly have little in common. However, I've been binge-watching your videos and I LOVE your channel. Not just because are you super cute and making me wish I could go back to my 20's (tho' my oldest son is 21!) but you are making me remember how I wanted to be a flight attendant when I was younger. 😮 Watching you making flying just seem like something so casual and normal, nothing be anxious about has helped me look forward to my flight where I was already being anxious.
