I've already asked this question but again do you think Trump will do away with social security disability?. I'm confused because they want to do away with social security does that mean they're also trying to get away with abolishing SSDI. I know that SSI is certainly being targeted is this something you can discuss please for the 50 million people who are disabled and have a lot of questions?
Hi John. My sister worked so hard getting her ssdi. First time she was denied. She has bipolar 1 comorbidities alcholism dyslexia. Now shes crying and I don't understand someone told her disability will end with Trump. Why wud someone say that?
I don't think he's going to answer because he doesn't get involved with politics. The Democrats have told a lot of lies about Trump. This may have some merit though, because I have heard that his administration was a little stricter on disability, last time. (although that might not be true ). But I believe the objective is to reduce fraud, and I think Trump would listen to the people administration is too exuberant. If anything changes for her, it would be at a re-examination.... not just suddenly the moment he takes Office. But I doubt there will be any problem.
Disability payments will end if she gets better. www.ssa.gov/benefits/disability/work.html There is as story Trump will increase the number of "continuing disability reviews" or in plain language checks to see of you got better. There also is a story he and Harris would not change Social Security Disability. "Why wud someone say that?" Politocs? Rich people like political fights cause it keeps "riff raffs" fighting each other and not thinking about getting Congress how to do good for the working class. If I were her I would "paper up" getting doctor visits and therefore medical evidence telling your doctor of her disabling conditions still existing and you want to keep getting treatment so you can get better if possible so you can get back in the work force. If you get picked for a review take all your paperwork to the review to show you still cant work but your are trying. Don't fake it or lie. They have inspectors that could be watching you to see of you are cheating and will put you sister in prison.
