  • Boxing is an excellent form of exercise to do if you have Parkinson's Disease! Boxing not only helps with mind-body connection, it can help with speed, balance, cognitive issues, stiffness, and stamina.

    Equipment needed for this workout:
    * Pole (if you don't have one you can just perform the movements without one)
    * water bottle
    PS: If you would like an extra challenge you could use weighted gloves or light weights. 1-3lbs would be sufficient.
