I am male but i did had gynecomastia on the period of 8 months taking spironolactone after my annual check up the doctor made me stop this medication since my breast muscle have grown exponentially and i had lumps grown on both of my nipple area which gradually dessipated 2 weeks after stopping the prescription. My mother is heart failure patient. She was on diltiazem, telmisartan hydrochlorothiazide and torasemide spironolactone. But recently she got a kidney problems and dr stopped all diuretics. Now she is just on diltiazem, rosuvastatin aspirin clopidogrel and amiodaron. Is it ok to continue with calcium channel blockers or should we start any ace inhibitors?
