I think it will be the same as the spar. Like you said, head gear, fat gloves etc. also….in the fight, fat gloves….mike is used to knuckles. Without that sharp pain, Perry survives every hit. Unless Jake is able to chin him and spin his head on his neck. But a straight percussion punch, will not hurt Mike.

So Jake has learned the art of weight bullying? So apparently Jake had to cut weight to make 200 pounds and missed weight hitting the scales at 200.4 and had to cut weight for another hour to hit the limit of cruiserweight at 200 and Mike Perry didn't have to cut a single pound and weighed in at 196.6 pounds. So Jake will realistically gain about 10 pounds in rehydration and be between 210-215 at the time of the fight. When you don't have to cut any weight you have WAY more energy during the fight. Even if you put all the weight back on that you cut your body doesn't really get over the fact you were cutting weight the day before. So I think with all of Perry's Bare Knuckle experience and the fact that Mike Perry doesn't get nervous for fights and actually enjoys fighting I think Jake is in for a long night and a terrible beating if Mike Perry gets the upper hand early. Jake can box but leaves himself open to a left hook counter. Mike Perry is a different breed HE LIKES TO FIGHT in the same way good bands and musicians like to play in front of crowds and that is something you can never get from training!!

The hate on Paul and calling him "a youtuber" is getting old. He is like 5+ years deep in pure boxing training and having 10 professional matches at this point. Wilder had an olympic medal faster than this and noone had any issue calling him a boxer.
