    From what I've seen these cars need it by design. Thinking about picking up a n54 4 door manual for a pretty good deal with 60k miles. To ensure I don't get all that oil build up in my intake valves I want one of these. Daily reliable BMW mod lol b/c removing this head to clean looks expensive

    Tried to install my catch can today but am having issues with part 17 on your guide (putting on the hose with the 180 degree bend) Do you have any advice on how to get this part on as the hose seems to be really thick & not sliding on the intake port

      If you are still having issues with this please feel free to reach out to our support team at support@mishimoto.com. They should be able to help go through the install and provide any tips possible.

    Which hose connects to the in and out ports on the can?

    • @mishimoto
      @mishimoto  4 роки тому

      The hose coming from your valve cover will connect into the in port on the catch can, the out port will connect to the intake.

      We do not currently offer our direct-fit components separate from our full kits. They are stocked as 1 unit in our warehouse.

    I have a n55. It doesn't have a pcv. How would I connect it?

    would that fit also in my BMW Touring 525xi N54 from 2008?

      This may require additional modification for the 525 models.

    What do you do with the part that the hoses hook up to, that you are bypassing. I guess it's under the intake

    • @mishimoto

      Nothing is bypassed using this kit. We are intercepting the connections to the hose that is removed. Each end of the catch-can kit will connect to one of these 2 points.

    Would this work on my 06 325i non turbo?

    • @mishimoto
      @mishimoto  7 років тому +1

      Hey Jonathan! Unfortunately this kit is not a direct fit for your 2006 325i. We do have universal catch can kits that you could consider, although this would require some additional fabrication/customization on your end. Let us know if you have any other questions!

      @mishimoto  5 років тому

      This was not designed for the E64 unfortunately and would require modification to fit.
