      This is my backyard garden which I just finished working on for a few hours this morning. It's my special space and I love to enjoy the birds, bees, butterflies that come to join me.

      @@YogaRangerStudio Its beautiful ❤️ Are you in USA and which state? I'm in Iceland and it gets cold here, I miss hot weather 😊 I think cold weather affects fascia and muscles..

      I am in Texas so in the southern middle of the United States. We get pretty warm and temperate weather here with very little snow or ice so my garden stays green a lot. I also planted perennials that don't lose their leaves and are cold tolerant so they look nice year round. I have always wanted to visit Iceland! What part?

      @@YogaRangerStudio That's very beautiful and looks cosy. I would love to live in the countryside 😊 I haven't noticed any typical Texas accent and wouldn't guess that you are from there haha! I live in Reykjavik (capital city). It is a very beautiful country and we get a lot of tourists from the USA 😊
      I love watching your cats on the mat. You have Lucy and the other black kitty too or you foster them? I have 2 gingers myself, sisters and they will be 7 months soon. You were talking about your anxiety in some videos. Does yin yoga help you with that? I have had trauma in my life and I have so much stiffness in my neck and shoulders. Do you think I should do a yin shoulder set everyday to relax it? I did shoulder yin yesterday and my neck is stiff today again hehe! I plan to strengthen my back and should move around more 😄 I also need to do trauma therapy but it takes time. But I just feel inspired how you are so calm yet you were open about your anxiety and panic attacks. I hope you are doing better. 💓

      I was actually born in Washington state, lived in New Mexico (where my Mom is from) and have been in Texas only about 11 years : ) Thank you! We have 7 cats here at Lucy's cat house - Link (the black cat), Bentley (the new BIG cat), Sherlock (the big grey one), PJ (looks like Lucy but bigger), Patrick (fluffy black and white cat with long hair), Mimo (Maine Coon cat). Very cat house! I love that you have two gingers!
      Yin Yoga has helped me SO much with anxiety and it's a continuous support for my anxiety overall. For me, meditation, breath work, Yin and Restorative Yoga have helped me every time I feel a panic attack coming on or feel a flutter of anxiety starting. I think because each of those practices help you be fully in your body and present while giving you some deep release and grounding at the same time. Have you tried the myofascial release for upper back and shoulders? That has helped me a lot and I highly recommend it. : )
