I know it took me a while to get used to the motion of Double Flash as well as its upgrade of Flash Explosion. But once I got used to it, I can do it like muscle memory. But it still is a pain in the ass to shift from Down-Back to Down-Forward, back to Down-Back, and then hitting Up-Forward and Kick at the same time to execute it.
For those of you guys who are problems performing his SUPER...this is the easiest way on how is done Do charge downback for 2 seconds ( or more) , and then do ↘️↖️ + any kick button. Do it fast and smooth....ALWAYS work well for me. Try it out and tell me what you think.
Okay, so I can 100 percent the real input for the super. I tried your shortcut way, it was interesting. It worked! But barely. A few super would come out with your shortcut. Good find though. I still think it is easier to do it the traditional way. I forgot to mention I am an Old guile player, I don't use super guile. Heh.

I never wrote this comment. My son must have written it from my account, on my behalf - wth?? 😂 He will have been 7 when he wrote this haha. I still whoop his butt with Sonic Booms 💪
I can't pull of his super. I'm in training mode trying to do it. i hold back 3 seconds, release, and quickly do that move, but all he does is either do a forward front flip or just a kick.
+DrewTony'Z - I managed to do it. But it reminds me why I never played these type of characters back in the day. These ones are to hard to do consistently. Thanks anyway, cheers!
I've always had a hard time with his. Barely been able to do it. Blanka's is easier as that's more of a forward and back, instead of Guile's vertical motion.
There is no magic throw in this version of the game. It was only on the original Street Fighter 2. And it was a glitch, so it wasn't meant to be in Guiles moves.
It was officially called "flash kick" In America. But if you lived in LA it was called razor kick. OG player since 1991. :) it makes me wonder what it was called in other arcades around the USA. Along with the other moves. M. Bison's psycho crusher is the official name now, but we used to call it flaming torpedo! And if you lived in LA it was just simply called "flame"
The arrows are hard to understand. Especially for the super blade kick. Some instructions have the rotation of the stick instead, eg half circle. This is much easier to understand. How do you do the super blade kick please. Thanks
Guile is 1 of my favorite character beside Ken. but 2 bad he's the ONLY 1 who didnt get a new special movelist than sonic boom & somersault kick. everyone got a new special movelist except Guile
Hold Back or away from opponent 2-3 secs, release and quickly press Forward plus any Punch button to choose the desired version. You can also hold downback, which also works for his Somersault Kick.
+evyatar levy Do you release backwards? Because you have to. Also, remember to hold the back or downback or down for 2-3 seconds. If you want to find out more, read the description.

Most of them are, from what I know. But do follow what's listed in your game. It seems the input for USFII's Guile Super is the following: hold downback for 3 seconds, release it and then quickly press downforward to upforward + any kick button.
Guile's double flash input is no wonder why he's an assist trophy.
I know it took me a while to get used to the motion of Double Flash as well as its upgrade of Flash Explosion. But once I got used to it, I can do it like muscle memory. So extremely happy to know that.

have you even tried movelist for street fighter x tekken?
I haven't, it's not my coup of tea although I won't rule out videos for it, especially if TXSF will never come.
The input for guiles super is just ridiculous... Idk if I'll ever be able to do that. Seriously... I can do literally anything except for that motion
Late comment, you’ve probably either stopped playing Street Fighter or are super good at it now but that input is basically a circle motion.

i figured out a short cut for the dbl flash kick.
charge ↙️ then quickly press ↗️↙️↗️ kick.
this works on USF2
Correct, but downforward not upforward first.
While on SFA3, for the same motion, I didn't even use upforward, just up and it worked.
@@tonitoniversus Ill try that for both games

You don't need to get hit to do a special move. Charge back and then press forward plus punch

Sonic boom and flash kick, that's all... Always.
Can Somersault Kick performed in the air
Nope.

I believe the player's charging while doing that sequence of punches.
