- In 2015, Natalie and Brian Gaudin were ecstatic when they found out they were pregnant with twins. However their happiness turned to devastation when they discovered one of the twins had passed and the other twin, Emerson, was diagnosed in-utero with spina bifida. They quickly researched treatment options for spina bifida online and contacted Texas Children’s Fetal Center. Amazing! I think this should be the standard of care for any woman carrying a baby with spina bifida. I got teary eyed when I saw that littel girl running! Thank you to the wonderful physicians/specialists for giving hope to families facing this diagnosis!

I love having spinabifida even though I can’t walk it’s a blessing not always but I wouldn’t have life any other way
In utero surgery stories like this fascinate me. I was born with Spina Bifida but wasn't diagnosed until after I was born. Seventeen years later I'm walking, dancing and weightlifting ❤

@@duniyakerang....9710 I terminated at 5 and a half months due to Myelomeningocele - spina bifida
with a severe case of hydrocephalus. Are you still pregnant?
@@morganjazz m also terminated at 27 weeks same situation for my baby .. No m not pregnant yet.. bcz Dr advise 6 month s gape thn plan next pregnancy..
