Ya know,,,I don't understand the fascination with black wheels. IMO,,,a gray,,bronze,,would really offer a brilliant contrast to any body color.
There has never been a bigger win for the Ford guys than seeing you get approved for a GTD. You sir are a true enthusiast through and through, thanks for sharing the journey with us.

Congratulations on the Allocation..It's definitely a great car and big step for Ford. I probably wouldn't have had the heart to sell the GT350R though because it's my absolute dream car to own one some day..Good luck and looking forward to the journey..🏁👍🏽

You should render in Lunar blue metallic. Mercedes offered that back in the 2013-2015 model years. I do not believe it is still in their color pallet, but it might be worth looking to see how it bring out the body lines. Possible 1-of-1 paint package!

Congrats on the GTD! You said that you are trying to track down other people who were allocated a car. We were allocated a GTD as well! If you’re passing through Alabama, stop by and we can get some photos!

Saw the 350R on marketplace, then checked a day later and it was sold 😆 I personally would’ve kept it and sold the 500, but I’m a bit biased!
On a side note, congrats! Excited for this car for you and to see. What part of KY will you be coming through? I’m a local in the southwest VA area and I’d love to show you some awesome backroads to really stretch the GTD’s legs on! KY is much more, should I say, lenient 😁

My last Mustang was a 2008 GT500KR. Since then only Mustang that got me going was the lastest version of the GT500. My name was on list to get one very early on but even though bugged my dealer never got one. Then the GM of dealership said I would be first on list for the 2023 GT500 which they never made but I did get a RaptorR. Like so many I applied for a GTD but did not have my hopes up because of so many applicants. Talk about a shocker a week ago Friday morning when the email showed up I had a allocation. It will be pins n needles now. On list for the RaptorR for 3 yrs then once I made my order it was 10 days short of a year when it finally showed up.
Dang this is nuts!! Thanks for sharing. I hope the GTD goes a lot better and smoother than the GT500 stuff did

@@VINGIGGS hold up your a pilot too? Those Vision Jets are sweet man. I don’t think I can leave my Grumman for a Cirrus though. Envious of the AC, avionics and autopilot but I got a canopy that opens. That’s my justification 🤣

100% think bronze wheel with the blue is the direction to go. I REALLY think the black wheels are played out now. The metallic wheels look more sophisticated and sporty. Think of a pagani huayra interior. Absolutely beautiful collection by the way. I look forward to future videos!

Happy wife, happy life no yellow, orange, or green. But no stripes…. I’m not a green guy but the ford green with bronze they have on tremor trucks looks good. Also mischievous purple is sick.
But my 2cents go with the grey blue exposed carbon hood, can paint it later if you want but go full tilt. No question it’s a GTD not another variant mustang of any sort. It’s its own beast dress it as such.
