Good sportsmanship from the girls. At this point in roller derby you can tell that there is a lot less scripting and it's more of a team sport than a top skater sport
They shook hands before the match race?!?!? By the era of Joan Weston with the Bombers, that probably would have been unthinkable.
They never mentioned what cities these teams represented.
