Listening to this is like finally putting together the puzzle I've been struggling with for years: - so that's why when I lose weight I notice it around neck and chest first (brown fat) - so that's why when I'm nervous I eat more (hormones controlling the hunger) - so that's why diabetics are so often obese (trouble with insulin and glykosomething imbalance) - so that's why intermitttent fasting helps with weight loss (lack of insulin in blood for longer periods of time)

I once weighed 400 pounds. My fat cells were fat bastards. No more. Low carb then keto then carnivore shrank my fat cells to nothing. Im now about 10% body fat. Im old and disease free. I dont need doctors for anything metobolic, only for injuries. Anyone can do it if they just cut out sugar, seed oils and anything processed. I am of the belief you never need a plant for anything but preference. So the only plant I use is organic coffee. I can fullfill my life with meat, butter, eggs and fish. And add to that pleasure with a delicious cup of coffee as my dessert. Life is not good... IT IS GREAT!!!

Because I have a bunch of over weight “friends” some real friends, but no matter what I say they just won’t watch the videos. They know their fat! They have to, they have to know it’s not healthy. But it seems like they just turn a blind eye to it! I don’t get it. I think in their head it’s to hard to change. Really sad, even sadder is when they start family’s. Sometimes having family time Cooking dinner together, but the food is horrible. Tastes amazing, and I’d never want to just say u can never have that. But they have know clue and a “balanced” diet. And their kids are suffering for it. Sorry I’m passionate able it. But anyway, keep it up!!!!! We need the info! 🙏🙌🤟

I was wondering is there a way to slim down your legs after having hard thick biker legs? I dont bike anymore and now it looks thick and fat but still a bit hard. I need your help please, Thanks!
Focus on lifting weights to get stronger, keep your protein intake high and as u lose body fat your body will lose fat from all over. U cant spot reduce fat but if u try to purposely slim your legs by running alot u will ruin your metabolism and hate how u look!
Fasting is said to target visceral fat. Having more intramuscular fat is likely just based on your genetic limit for storing fat there. I would hypothesize that increasing muscle size would increase the chances of having more intramuscular fat to help localised feeding of the muscles.
