Wee witnessing da shit yall favorite rapper's r bumping behind closed doors 🚪 💯 percent 🔥 📛 👩🚒 4reals NOBODY fucking with Roc's word play n Al's production right now PERIOD....
Sublime analysis from you. Well done. A great album is not just about how good the rapping is or how dope the production is. An album with an average rapping and a really good engineered production and mixing can turn out to be a great album and vice versa. It's why you can be a really good rapper but an okay musician. Marci still writes clever but he's flow and delivery has changed and that may be okay or not. Truthful, I kinda expected more from this duo but what I got is still really good. I wish the production was MORE Alchemist and the Rapping MORE Marci. I don't know how to say this not to offend some peoples selection but after my 13th listen of The Elephant Man’s Bones, I can say that it's on par with RELOADED... kinda. 1. MARCBERG/RELOADED 2. THE ELEPHANT MAN’S BONES 3. RR/RR2 4. Marci Beaucoup/The Pimpire Strikes Back 5. Mt. MARCI 6. Other albums... Just my opinion Alchemist and Roc are both gifted in what they do.
Preciate it brotha!! Never gotta apologize for an opinion over here - feel free to offend anyone including me haha! But yeah I’m with you on that! I personally think Westside Gunn is a perfect example of that. He’s stepped it up with the rapping in the last few years but a lot of his success has much more to do with his musicality and ability to curate an album moreso than his rapping ability. Now I will say that roc is one of the rare exceptions where he honestly could go acapella and it would be a decent album lol (ransom would fall in that category too). I’m right there with you about wanting Al to be more Al. Al is known to be able to adjust his style to fit who he’s producing for but I honestly wish he just went crazy and made roc adjust. I still think this is probably Roc’s most well produced album but I think they left some meat on the bones by not letting Al just cut loose on the production - with drums and all! On Roc’s side though - I didn’t feel let down at all with the rapping. Maybe he coulda got into a few more of those rapid fire flows like he did on say Boosie fade of marcialago but Id still rank the rapping somewhere between 9/10 or 10/10. And seems like you acknowledge that even though you think they may have underachieved a bit that it’s still a top notch Marci project. I think overall you got a lot of great takes on the album!
@@BSideRapReviews I really appreciate your indept analysis on this brother and yes you got my point perfectly. Roc really did his thing and even though I think they could have achieved more TOGETHER, it's still an S-tier album. A bulls eye on the Westside Gunn analogy.
Nah they don’t - matter fact I don’t even think they have a song together. You think that would be a pairing? I can kinda see it if they working with a producer like Alchemist, but I think Roc is significantly better lyrically and the rapping would be really one sided. Kinda like that Currensy and Freddie Gibbs project but I think the gap between Roc and June is even wider lol
Yooooo that’s crazy!! Never heard that until now. Dang everybody else sounds the same but Marc doesn’t even sound recognizable hahah! Song def goes hard too. Slightly random but ain’t Raekwon supposed to be dropping Cuban Linx 3 this year? It would be dope if him ghost and roc collabed again

@@BSideRapReviews Honestly very hard to pick my AOTY for 2022. There have been some gems, but not many of them polished enough to stand out. Going hard thru my top 10 right now.
Just my personal opinion but I was disappointed with this album. Expectations were through the roof and I don't think the Alchemist brought his best. Roc Marciano is always on point, he delivered as expected. I actually like the Mayhem Lauren x Daringer album more than this.
I’m actually with you - I just think both things can be true. I think this can not meet expectations and still be really good. So I always try to take my personal opinion out of it. I got biased but I kinda go into each album but when is start analyzing I try to look at it in a vacuum. So that being said, i can def see how the production was disappointing (I think the rapping is crazy no debate)…but it was still REALLY good production. I think Al toned his production down to fit Roc’s style…like this felt way too similar to a roc produced album. But that being said, the sampling was great and it it created a great atmosphere. Also…this still might be roc’s most well produced album lol. I’ve seen a lot of people say this is Roc’s best album, and even though I’ve enjoyed Mt Marci, Marcielago, and behold a dark house all better on first listen - I can’t knock ‘em cus of that fact. The borrowing of syllables and sounds from previous bars is referred to as “threading”. Roc and Doom do it better than any other rappers Crimeapple is a beast at it as well. That’s why it’s hard to make their lyrics captions because they are literally all braided together. Great reviews keep going bro
Roc Marciano Every Project Review Who Agree
Ay that’s actually dope!! Aight ima take it into consideration. Ion feel like I got time to throw an out her series in the mix right now but Roc Marci one of my favs. I at least want to review rosebudds revenge, dark horse, and Mt Marci in the near future
“I’m in the Maybach they tryna stab me in my back but already know where my mind at “
Tuff!!!
The Album is amazing.....AOTY 🔥🔥🔥.....Roc Marciano is hands down the King of New York.....Alchemist is the G.O.A.T....and I'm a big Madlib fan...but bro Alchemist is killin everything....podcast is lit 🔥 bro
Bro I love madlib too but right now Alchemist is crushing it with the volume of music he puts out. Madlib is fairly active but with Alchemist we’ve been getting multiple full length projects for some years now and I can’t even recall a bad beat. Preciate the love bro!
@@BSideRapReviews bro Alchemist is destroying everything and everybody
The alchemist is my favourite producer man
I think he might be mine too bruh. I was on the Muggs wave last year but Al so dang consistent
Wee witnessing da shit yall favorite rapper's r bumping behind closed doors 🚪 💯 percent 🔥 📛 👩🚒 4reals NOBODY fucking with Roc's word play n Al's production right now PERIOD....

“I heard your cheese tighter than virgin kitty”
Bro Roc gotta be top 10 funniest niggas in rap. Ion even think he intentionally funny but some of his bars just outlandish 😂
Mannnn , my nigga needs more subs .
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Sublime analysis from you. Well done.
A great album is not just about how good the rapping is or how dope the production is. An album with an average rapping and a really good engineered production and mixing can turn out to be a great album and vice versa. It's why you can be a really good rapper but an okay musician. Marci still writes clever but he's flow and delivery has changed and that may be okay or not.
Truthful, I kinda expected more from this duo but what I got is still really good. I wish the production was MORE Alchemist and the Rapping MORE Marci. I don't know how to say this not to offend some peoples selection but after my 13th listen of The Elephant Man’s Bones, I can say that it's on par with RELOADED... kinda.
1. MARCBERG/RELOADED
2. THE ELEPHANT MAN’S BONES
3. RR/RR2
4. Marci Beaucoup/The Pimpire Strikes Back
5. Mt. MARCI
6. Other albums...
Just my opinion
Alchemist and Roc are both gifted in what they do.
Nah you fire
Glad you get it *fire emoji*
Oh yeah fasho!!! Preciate it brodie! ✊🏾
Does Roc have any projects with Larry June?
Nah they don’t - matter fact I don’t even think they have a song together. You think that would be a pairing? I can kinda see it if they working with a producer like Alchemist, but I think Roc is significantly better lyrically and the rapping would be really one sided. Kinda like that Currensy and Freddie Gibbs project but I think the gap between Roc and June is even wider lol
When you get a chance listen to The Heist by Busta Rhymes and you will see what I mean about Roc in 99’
Yooooo that’s crazy!!
Roc was extremely hungry back then raw unrefined talent & skill now your witnessing him on another crescendo
@@BSideRapReviews Go check those "The UN" albums too .. Roc was going craxzy
quantum leap is THE ONE
You ain’t lying!! The beat crazy af and roc spazzed out! I prob have bumped that the most followed by JJ Flash and Stigmata
Do new KA, please
Reacting Fasho but gon wait til he release it on streaming to post. Ion really wanna post clips of the album while it’s behind a paywall
Pushing drugs we can have a shoving match hahaha
Hahaha it’s so simple that I’m surprised no one said it but I LOVE that line 🔥🔥🔥
yo b side u fucking with the new jid?
Bro I haven’t even bumped it yet!! I was planning on listening and recording yesterday and posting a reaction today but I pushed it all back a day cus I wanted to react to the Mach Hommy joint that dropped yesterday.
Ima check it out today fasho and let you know what I think. Ima have a full reaction up too either tomorrow or Monday.
@@BSideRapReviews Glad to hear that you're doing a reaction to it. Imma check out this new Mach project and come back to your reaction. I really appreciate the way you break down the instrumentals and flow patterns. English is not my first language so its always super intriguing hearing your thoughts on certain lyrics that fly over my head. Great review!!
Daddy Kane sounds GORILLAZ esque, like Damon Albarn should be on it lol
Lol especially the section with that second bassy synth!
@@BSideRapReviews truly lol
Wow so true
AOTY finalist IMO
For sure!! Not my AOTY right now but it’s very high - top 5 pretty easily
@@BSideRapReviews Honestly very hard to pick my AOTY for 2022. There have been some gems, but not many of them polished enough to stand out. Going hard thru my top 10 right now.
Alchemist is tha only white god I believe in🤣🔥
Nah bro this got me crying 😂😂😂
Anyway I say all that to say this is still a top 5 album of the year imo
The Bronson verse did not fit the album at all
