Superb composer, melodist who plays with feeling, fire, inventiveness and diversity. Hearing one, or even four etc. of his albums doesn't mean you know what to expect from VM. You can literally hear the absolute best of so many players within but a few of his multi-layered tracks each embellished with harmonic, thematic and rhythmic texture others can only dream of. Oh, and we haven't even gotten to precision, vibrato, phrasing and listenability. Find your favorite handful of pieces and learn for a life time!.

I've loved Vinnie's music since the 80's. . . . His Playing has constantly evolved and always incorporated more diverse influences whilst extending his virtuosity and personality on the guitar. I 'd love to see him goin' off on Firebird, SG, Flying V or something with more character and depth than that dean guitar :(

Those triads have a different rhythm than almost anything I've ever heard done on guitar.
