What is the tool that you are using to stretch out your paste? I have never seen it used before but I have only been working with cold porcelain for 2 years. I really love everything you share!❤😊
@@barbaragibson4179 Thank you so much! 😊 so two tools. The round one is a rolling ball tool. The slightly tapered/pointed one is a dresden tool. I love both and use them very often! 💖

I have tried several bell shaped flowers but can never get the clay stretched out correctly. So I am hoping to find a tool that could help. With cold porcelain it can rip easily when attempting to stretch it out and still have the surface thin .again thank you for all the advice and everything you share.

Hey i just started to make foxglove after watching your video. But my 28 size wire is not strong. It can not bear the weight of the flower
That's a bummer! Definitely try a 26 gauge if you're happy with the size of your flower. If not, take a look at your flowers. Make sure you're not bulking them up too much, giving them more weight than they need. A 28 worked for me, but I go pretty thin with most of my flowers and petals.
Or it could just be we get our wires from different places. I've definitely experienced that I have 2 sets of wires from different companies, both the same gauge, but different strengths. It's frustrating, but 🤷🏻♀️.

@@FiveTwoBakerok dr I’m continuing my work with 26. First of all you mention 15+9+20 flowers and buds. But on the spike i can not see that much of flowers
It's definitely hard to see, but I have about that many on my stem. However, if you find that my guides are too many flowers for your stem, don't stress over it. It's only a guide. If your flowers are wider, you may not need as many to fill in a stem. And vice versa if they're thinner. My numbers are only a guide and reference to give you an idea of how I assembled mine. Let me know how it goes! 💖
