I’m so sorry to hear about the loss of your mom. I lost my dad recently who I was also very close to and it feels like a part of me is missing.I understand you needing time to mourn. I wish you the best and look forward to you retuning to doing your videos when you can.
Sarah, you are my inspiration! I have always loved making flowers out of clay or any other moldable medium. I discovered gum paste when I started decorating cakes! I wanted to thank you for teaching me this beautiful art❤ It really has expanded my clientele and I am so grateful for your tutelage and instruction’s!
Salam dear. I m laila from Morocco. Really appreciate your work and get relaxed whenever i m waching your tutos. A very big warm thank you. God bless you
I just love how realistic looking your flower 🌼 creations are. The way you chose the colors of petal dust really brings them to life. You have a God given talent and thank you for sharing it with us. What brand of petal dust do you use? I only hope I can do you justice. Thank you for sharing 💜💐🌸🌻🌷⚘
Thank you for your lovely encouraging comment❤️ Thank God indeed for this talent🙌🏽 Happy to share what God has given with others . I use a range of petal dust brands. However, I always tend gravitate back to the same known brands, because they give more intense colours, so you use less - These brands are: Sugarflair edible petal dusts, EdAble Art, Crystal Colors, Nicholas Lodge collection. If I am practicing making flowers with cold porcelain I some time also use CK Products dusts, these are non-toxic dusts, I do not use these dust on sugar flowers. I hope this helps. I can't wait to see what you produce, they are going to be great🥰🤗
Thank you . I can't wait either . Is there are way to track my prize package? I'm like a kid at Christmas and can't wait to get started. Thank you again for the opportunity to enter the contest. 💜
The buds are very simple to make, just add a small pea size of gumpaste to some florist wire (allow to dry a bit or fully before moving onto the next stage, so it secure on the wire). Then use a small daisy cutter, cutter to out around 2-4 layers depending on how full you want your bud to be (smaller if it is a young bud, more layers if you want to show the bud starting to open). Glue on each layer. Then add the calyx to the base - make the calyx small or bigger dependent upon what stage of grow the bud is at. The best thing I can suggest with helping to make flowers, is study some real flowers or do some research on the internet, to help with making the most realistic looking flowers you possibly can. I hope this information helps🌸🤗
Thank you so much for your message and reaching out to me. I really appreciate it. I went of the radar for a bit and off from social media. Unfortunately my Mum passed away and I also had other things going on. I was very close to my Mum, so it hit hard. I took some much needed time out to grieve and be in the present with my family. I just posted on my community page recently and been going through everyone's comments. I hope to start making YT videos again soon. Thank you for your support🌸🤗
