- Taking the workout outside again! This is a chance for everybody to workout on a fresh air! Even if you don't have a trampoline! 🌏 This is a total body workout composed into easy strengthening blocks. Workouts do not repeat and you can also modify everything by slowing the pace down. Enjoy 💚
Trampoline is an excellent tool for losing weight, shaping up your body and burning a lot of calories! So I am making this challenge to help you achieve your results and have fun along the way. All weeks are inspired by 4 elements, so each "Jumping week" will be different. And each week I am uploading 4 videos here on UA-cam. This week is part of the "AIR" week! So get on your trampoline and jump with the elements!

Still (slowly) working my way through the whole challenge for the second time. Doing this one reminds you just how much the trampoline helps you feel lighter/faster - my jumping jacks felt really low and slow. Great workout - had my legs and abs burning. Thank you.
Yes, working out on the ground also always feel a little "weird" for me after spending so many hours on trampolines :-D And one more time - great job on getting through the challenge for the 2nd time! Maybe it won't be your last time 🤣
