Dr. Francisco has served as Clinical Director at the United Nations as well as Director and Forensic & clinical Neuropsychologist at The National Pain Institute. He is a Clinical and Neuropsychologist with decades of practice in psychotherapy. He is CEO at Eagle Psychiatric Group and President & Clinical Director at Comprehensive Diagnostic Group in Newport Beach, CA.
Dr. Francisco is currently affiliated with Los Angeles Medical Center. He is a member of the American Psychological Association and Emeritus member at the National Academy of Neuropsychology. He was recently recognized by the city of Los Angeles for his dedicated service to the affairs of the community.
