As anyone pursuing a spiritual path will advise, nothing done quickly will have the ability to adhere. A Spiritual pursuit teaches one lesson at a time, to bring if not through complete understanding, but enough to bring enough understanding to be competent to assist others. Many tests/lessons interlink with other tests/lessons. Think of this as a puzzle that will not be complete until the picture becomes seen. This is why if one does not see the whole or most of the semblance, things can become overwhelming for the mind, body and soul. Too fast can even cause mental instability and create wrong choices that can, in turn, hurt others. So seek your inner guidance slowly, wisely and in the Everlasting Light and Love of God and It's helpers and guides. This is how we become, who we are meant to be. Then once you ' know ’, then you can run with exhilaration, and then pause to recapture your peace within God.
