The only Swamp Runner kit that fits a 22hp Predator is our Large Kit. The Large kit comes standard with a 100" shaft. To answer your question, it is a 100" shaft with our 8.5" Hurricane Prop.

Gets along pretty good for an 18 ft but does look more narrow than a normal 18 ft

It is a 100" shaft, 36 wide 18ft long boat
Do you sell 20hp? My boat is only rated for that

Does the exhaust help a lot?
There is a slight improvement but if paired with other mods it would probably make a bigger difference.
