I was going to say it could be electrical, maybe the ignition coils, try getting later the grounding kit see if it helps at all or check the the factory wires are all good
It is possible! I just pulled my plugs and coils to check them two days ago, and they looked good. But it could be the grounds. I will say, I did find something. I’ll be posting a vid in a couple days on what I found.
I returned the N80 valve I bought too. Did the same thing. I dont have any breakups on WOT, but I do have the hesitation when cruising. Same thing, car runs smooth with the N80 unplugged. coils and plugs are new. I've been datalogging a lot with the Accessport. Only weird thing I see on mine, before the hesitation occurs, the AFR dives rich, then the short term fuel trim also dives to the -30s to try to lean it out. The AFR then goes lean and there is where I feel the hesitation. AFR is solid in every other scenario (idle, acceleration, WOT), just weirdness during steady throttle cruising.
@@JacesOwnWorldsame here, had someone do a valve cover reseal, upper timing cover and gaskets, and a transmission guild and filter replacement, started to get an Epc light since he cross threaded the HPFP and the hard line to the fuel rail. He replaced a few things but it still had the Epc light, I was stupid and cleared it before I got my OBDeleven. Still have issues with hesitation and fuel/power cuts but the Epc light hasn’t came back on since I cleared it. Do you have any potential fixes? I’m gonna watch your next video in a sec to see if that’s where you figured it out
@@JacesOwnWorld no worries man, was running Unitronic stage 2 with their overrun file now it’s just their stage 2 ecu/tcu, took off the over run file and car is running a lot better, however when I get to about 70mph the car feels like it falls on its face, doesn’t want to go any faster. After speaking with Uni about it I might put it back to stock to try and diagnose my issues, I’ll do my best to keep you updated homie! Also replaced my downpipe to turbo gasket as my o2 had a code before for running rich and I smelled a lot of fumes, I doubt that’s gonna do much but I figured while I’m in there I might as well. Life is crazy dude I completely understand and I appreciate the info you put out!

Yep. Same exact thing that’s going on with my GTI. Same on the AFR’s and fuel trims.
