The main reason for creating these courses on Udemy is because for some reason new viewers can't find my additional content on youtube. For example, they would watch one video and ask for more without checking the channel's content or playlists. I guess fault lies with youtube for not recommending my other videos in the same order. Anyway, I hope this helps some people.

Awesome video. Do you have videos about Cisco phones and how to troubleshoot them? I got an interview in a couple days, and one of the things they want is experience in trouble shooting Cisco voip phones and configuring them
Thanks, sorry I don't have one of those because you cant use those outside of business for demonstration. I'm familiar with Cisco IP Communicator and Jabber. Search for those to get an idea.

It depends on the systems used... but at my previous job you could schedule and pick which profiles to keep during reimage.
