Minor note: first ticket he only checked if Adobe was installed; didn't bother testing if it worked with actual PDF file; even if it's associated it doesn't mean it'll open/ work properly.
But you ask for pc name or ip thinking they know what this is haha. Must explain ever little derail bc if they can’t figure why app isn’t opening finding an a pc/ip name is 3 steps harder from what i seen many many tomes over. Stopped watching after that bc trying to find a vid for a person im mentoring this is NOT eet.

to everyone who's trying to learn like me, for the network printer part you can first check through cmd ping the ip of the printer to confirm if it's connected within their network. :D

I love how the creator sets up his VM to replicate the topic he is describing. this is way better then 99% of computer tips that just say. "it would be here if this was the issue" or "in a real world situation It would be like this" He actually makes it as real as possible and thats a gift some people djust dont have.

A+ helps significantly. I earned my A+ earlier this year. I had no idea what I was doing in the beginning of A+. It teaches you all the common help desk problems and how to troubleshoot them. With job experience you will grow with knowledge.
