    kudos for going through the trouble of dismantling & recycling the pallet, & the finished piece looks great, brackets and all.

    Finally a DIY video without $9000 worth of equipment in the garage like we have that stuff just in laying there. Thank you.

    Hals Wood Shop. A nice Project. I like the step by step pictures you used. Easy for most to follow how the corners and joints go together. Few tools. ( Sander and Hack saw..please not a grindy tool). But I was watching and thinking that even with regular boards this could be a project I could have sold. Painted or stained. Best wishes on more projects. Thanks.

      thank you :) yes, without modern tools it's a little bit harder to create something from pallets, but it's not impossible! check our newest project, in that video, we've already used modern tools

    • @PaintyCloud
      @PaintyCloud  8 років тому

      +Kat Do :): we bought them in a diy store :) it was not an EUR pallet (~7$/pc), it was an easy shipping pallet (much cheaper, than EUR)

    I don't understand what the inner slats were for?

    • @PaintyCloud
      @PaintyCloud  8 років тому

      +Richard Heywood, at 10:11 there's a picture, about the situation of inner slats. The square brakets join to the 4. slats from below. The 2 slats in the middle (40cm/15,7in) join to the front and the back, the outside left (33cm/13in) joint to the left side, the right to the right. Did you like to know this?

    • @richardheywood8859
      @richardheywood8859 8 років тому

      +PaintyCloud Were the inner slats essentially to make a shelf then?

      @halkester9368 8 років тому +1

      +SteveandShayTv ....Hals wood shop ..sorry to tell you even when I was a beginner homeowner with just those tools. this is a beginner project like we could show a high school or jr. hi student with regular boards. easy to follow how it goes together. paint or stain it. not too many tools and a nice result. As I watched I was even thinking with just a change I could have sold this. Hope this might change your mind about ...too much work.
